  • Appropriate length for one or two complaints.

  • Great option for two or more complaints.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. If you help me fill your treatment spot, I will not charge a late cancellation fee.

Late cancellation fee: 50% of treatment cost.

Missed/No Show appointment fee: 100% of treatment cost.

Late cancellation fee charged up to 4 hours before scheduled appointment time, less than 4 hours before scheduled appointment time is considered a missed appointment.

  • At this time, masks are optional. If you feel more comfortable if we both wear one, I would be more than happy to put one on. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

  • I have training in pre-natal massage. Includes trimester specific pregnancy cushions for support and comfort during the massage treatment. These cushions allow you to lie face down or in side-lying, according to the trimester you are in. My table has a backrest that lifts for when you are face up.

On the booking site, there is a special drop down to book a pre-natal massage. It is the same price as regular massages.

  • Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies. At this time, I do not direct bill to ICBC

  • Please do not come in if you are feeling unwell, displaying any symptoms, or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment; when you are feeling better.

  • Located on the second floor of the Fridhem Hotel. There is two sets of stairs and no elevator access. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment is due to start.

  • Pre-race massage: If you have signed up for a race, I recommend getting a massage at least 2-4 days prior to your event; depending on how you usually recover from massage. Pre-race massage is great to help loosen up any tight muscles from training and can aid in injury prevention. If certain areas are feeling cranky from training, book in a few treatments to get on top of it before race day.

Post-race massage: if you’re booked in immediately after a race, I would do a fast “flushing” massage. This is light and quick to “flush” out the cellular debris created during exercise that can contribute to DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). If you’re looking for more deep tissue after an event, wait for 2+ days post-race so that your body is recovered enough to tolerate the pressure.
